X-Fil Knife Sharpener

The X-Fil sharpener is made of three independent rods, each of a 10 cm length. The X-Fil has two zones:

• The high zone (8 cm) to sharpen the edge of the blade
• The low zone (2 cm) to smooth the small notches of the blade or to reform the blade after a long use
