Piri Piri Marinade

A sauce of Portuguese origin that is both spicy and sweet. It has a red-orange colour. It is excellent with chicken and can be used in various preparations such as dips, dressings and stir-fry sauces. It can also be used to flavour mayonnaise and make a fondue sauce or a hamburger sauce.
