North American marinade with a yellow colour. Can be used to prepare a honey and mustard sauce by adding liquid honey.

Usage : Use one unit of 0.23 kg wtih 4 cups of water (you can also use a cup of oil instead of a cup of water, of white wine or of honey). Cover meat for a minimum of 12 to 24 hours.
