Instructions: To ensure the reading of the highest temperature, hang the thermometer in the area of the freezer/fridge that is the less cold (refrigerator max. 4°C; freezer max. -18°C).

Cleaning: Clean and disinfect when needed. Hand wash. Do not put the dial under water.
